As a Financial Analyst, you'll be a core member of the FP&A Team and wider finance team. A key part of this role includes monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, financial modeling, and continuously driving cross-functional business alignment. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical independent thinker, who has a desire to learn how to leverage business judgment, driven by data, to advise on critical financial, commercial and strategic decisions.

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Leader to own financial planning, forecasting, and analytical rigor across our global hardware and subscription business. This role requires an expert in financial modeling, scenario planning, and subscription economics, with a deep understanding of hardware-to-subscription conversion funnels, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and methodologies that deliver highly predictable forecasts.

The Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for Hitachi Digital and Corporate Shared Services. They will partner closely with senior leadership, providing actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. The Director will oversee budgeting, multi-year planning, and forecasting, while delivering executive reporting and analysis.

The Revenue Cycle Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the financial health of the organization by analyzing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle. This position involves collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. The analyst will work closely with finance, operations, and RCM leadership to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and efficient operations.

Monzo's Finance function is seeking a diligent analyst to support and maintain systems for core accounting, regulatory reporting, treasury, and financial planning & analysis teams. This role involves vendor selection, configuration, maintenance, and administration of third-party systems. This is a 12 month's fixed term contract. Responsibilities include maintaining third-party systems, supporting the selection of new systems, monitoring performance KPIs, and ensuring data quality.
