Program Finance Manager

About the Role:

• Lead the development of initial program budgets and reliable forecasts of program Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Support annual corporate operational planning by providing guidance on staffing and performing risk & opportunity analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly and quarterly budget-vs-forecast-vs-actual variance analyses to identify cost drivers.
• Monitor revenue recognition, track client billing, and ensure optimized utilization of funds.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate program profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of financial management or program/project finance experience.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.
