Educational Strategy and Curriculum Development:

• Lead the design and development of accredited continuing education programming.
• Conduct rigorous needs assessments.
• Develop measurable learning objectives.

Program Design and Educational Materials:

• Lead the design and build of educational assets across program types.
• Set and enforce visual, narrative, and scientific quality standards.
• Oversee the development of speaker materials, pre-work, and learner guides.

Faculty and Key Opinion Leader Relationships:

• Build and maintain a strong network of key opinion leaders.
• Identify, vet, and manage faculty for accredited programs.
• Support faculty in developing scientifically rigorous content.

Compliance, Accreditation, and Educational Integrity:

• Serve as the internal expert on COPE and ACCME accreditation standards.
• Maintain the firewall between content development and commercial influence.
• Oversee faculty disclosure management.
