Implementation & Delivery:
- Configure the Coupa platform, including forms, approval workflows, catalogs, and chart of accounts structures.
- Collaborate with ERP and integration teams such as SAP and Oracle to define and validate interfaces.
- Own testing cycles and support post-go-live hypercare and continuous improvement.
Client Engagement:
- Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses aligned to best practices.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both working teams and executives.
Enablement & Best Practices:
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, SOPs, and change management materials.
- Contribute reusable assets and methodology improvements while staying current on Coupa releases.
- Support pre-sales efforts including scoping, proposals, and solution demos to identify expansion opportunities.
