Senior Product Designer, Advertising

Shape the foundations of Rome2Rio's new premium advertising business as the Senior Product Designer. You’ll design ad experiences that balance user trust, business value, and aesthetic quality—ensuring advertising feels integrated, relevant, and delightful within our travel ecosystem. Based in Berlin, you’ll be the first dedicated Advertising Designer in our growing team—partnering closely with the Advertising Product and Engineering teams across Europe and Melbourne while being part of Rome2Rio’s core design team in Melbourne. You will own end-to-end design for advertising and monetisation products—crafting elegant, user-centered ad experiences across mobile and web. You will also translate business and revenue goals into intuitive, visually refined design systems and ad placements. You'll develop consistent ad design frameworks, from sponsored listings and native placements to branded content formats.
