Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management to older adults via telehealth. Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI-powered scribe). Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach. Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices.
