QA Automation Lead

Role Leadership and Strategy:

• Define and drive the QA automation strategy, evolving from manual testing to a scalable, automation-led approach.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 4 QA engineers, providing both technical guidance and hands-on contribution.
• Drive a risk-based testing approach to make informed decisions on test prioritization and coverage.

Technical Execution:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable UI and end-to-end automation frameworks, with a focus on mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Improve and optimize automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to improve testability and quality standards.

Process and Quality Management:

• Manage bug tracking, triage, and failure analysis, providing clear reporting on quality metrics and risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tooling, and ways of working.
• Support expansion into non-functional testing areas such as performance and load testing.
