Lead Databricks Data Security Engineer

Role Overview:

• Lead the security architecture and implementation of access controls across a Databricks Lakehouse environment.
• Serve as senior technical owner for data access governance, translating security requirements into scalable controls.
• Work closely with data engineering, platform engineering, identity teams, and enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement RBAC and ABAC within Databricks Unity Catalog and define scalable data access models.
• Develop data classification frameworks and automate security processes using Python and SQL.
• Build infrastructure-as-code controls using Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
