Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify internal and external IAM risks and opportunities for program enhancement.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to align access practices with SOX requirements.
- Define roles and entitlements within company applications and platforms.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience is required.
- Preferred exposure to IAM tools like SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, or Okta.
- Understanding of IAM principles and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Onboarding & Work Arrangement:
- This is a remote position with an in-person onboarding component called Trailhead.
- New team members must attend quarterly onsite sessions at headquarters, with travel covered.
- The role may begin with virtual onboarding followed by a mandatory onsite session.
