New Product Manager/Senior Product Manager, Legal Pro Services Fulfillment

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a first-of-its-kind marketplace for on-demand legal advice. Think Uber or Lyft, but for legal help. This product will connect customers with qualified Legal Pros to request answers, schedule consultations, and access legal services in real time—at scale. You’ll own the infrastructure that powers this experience, including the systems that manage customer intake, match them with Legal Pros, facilitate the interaction, track workflows, handle payments, and maintain a detailed audit trail. The platform will launch in the U.S. and expand globally, with the goal of disrupting the legal industry by making it simple and affordable for all. You’ll work cross-functionally to define strategy, gather requirements, measure success, and ensure delivery—building the right product and building the product right.
