Senior Analytics Engineer

Build and scale the data systems that transform how both our team and healthcare organizations understand their impact — from internal product metrics to customer-facing insights on patient engagement and care outcomes across our platform serving thousands of organizations. You'll architect and develop robust analytics pipelines that turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external customers. Working alongside engineering, product, and customer success teams, you'll create intuitive self-service reporting tools, internal business dashboards, customer-facing analytics, and the foundational infrastructure powering Visualize, our analytics and reporting platform. This role puts you at the center of enabling data-driven decisions across Healthie and the healthcare organizations we serve. Your systems will help our internal teams optimize product development and business operations, while empowering external providers to track meaningful health outcomes, understand patient engagement, and streamline their care delivery — ultimately improving healthcare experiences for millions of patients nationwide.
