Job Description
Contribute to software solutions supporting environmental and earth science research as a Software Engineer. As part of an Agile team, you will develop, design, and maintain tools for scientists to discover and process earth science data. This role involves implementing new features, enhancing software architecture, and supporting operational systems. Responsibilities include participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle, developing new features, maintaining existing software, collaborating with the team to deploy updates, and contributing to process improvements. Front-end development using React and back-end integration with Node.js, Python, and cloud services is expected, as well as ensuring code quality through CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
