Join Keyrock's corporate development team as an Analyst and play a pivotal part in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities—including M&A, partnerships, and investments—across the rapidly evolving crypto and digital assets landscape. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities within the crypto and blockchain sector, aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy. Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis to assess the viability and strategic fit of potential deals and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with founders, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to source new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s network in the crypto ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams—including product, engineering, legal, and finance—to ensure smooth execution and integration of transactions and strategic initiatives. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity in the digital asset space to inform strategic recommendations and keep the company ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
