If you love to solve problems and add value, please consider what your typical days might look like… Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 System Administrators. Lead troubleshooting and decisive problem resolution for recovery of network functions from failure or degradation, including switching, routing, telephony, and telecom circuitry with both on premise infrastructure and public cloud where applicable. Diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software network problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Perform root cause analysis to eliminate reoccurring incidents. Provide on-call support as needed.
