Job Description

Own Lower-Funnel Search Across Retail Media Networks: Architect and scale search campaigns on Amazon, Walmart Connect, KPM, Instacart Ads, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision, driving incremental sales at every stage of the path-to-purchase. Master Mid/Lower-Funnel Paid Social: Build and optimize performance-max funnels on Meta, TikTok, and Snap—prioritizing frequency and retargeting. Drive Relentless Optimization: Manage bidding strategies (CPC, CTR, NTB), budget pacing, and audience segmentation across platforms; A/B test creatives. Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with eComm, merchandising, and brand teams ensuring campaign execution is airtight and attribution is bulletproof. Anticipate Platform Evolution: Stay ahead of retail media bid algorithms, social commerce updates, proactively test new tactics and influence roadmap with first-mover wins.
