Sr. Project Manager, Billing & Operations

Drive execution across client engagements while also contributing to the continuous improvement of Catalant’s operational processes. This role is both tactical and strategic: ensuring billing accuracy and project accountability day-to-day, while also shaping how we optimize and scale our Order-to-Cash operations. Serve as the operational liaison between Sales, Platform Operations, Clients, and Experts, ensuring accurate contract terms, billing requirements, and smooth project kickoff and execution. Oversee project delivery and manage project plans. Own billing operations: manage invoice schedules, maintain unbilled receivables, and ensure timely expert payments. Monitor financial performance by analyzing revenue reports. Assist in designing, developing, and optimizing operational processes.
