As a Reimbursement Specialist, you will play an important role in Guardant Health's success by driving payment for services and optimizing billing processes. You’re responsible for tracking, reporting and addressing complex outstanding claims, troubleshooting EOBs, appealing non-covered & low pay claims, and driving positive coverage determinations through external appeals. You will manage documentation for appropriate payer communication and insurance claim research.
The Billing Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM and coordinates timely and accurate professional billing, remaining up to date regarding company-wide and industry billing and coding changes while performing various administrative and clerical duties.
Drive execution across client engagements while also contributing to the continuous improvement of Catalant’s operational processes. The role is both tactical and strategic: ensuring billing accuracy and project accountability day-to-day, while also shaping how we optimize and scale our Order-to-Cash operations. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to keep financial and operational processes on track while building trust.
Serve as an integral part of the Revenue Cycle Team. Primary responsibilities include analyzing codes entered by providers and validating providers’ documentation as well as medical claims before insurance submission to ensure accuracy of coding and billing procedures. Surgery Coding experience preferred.
