Role and Impact:
- Own formulation science and product quality from research through scale-up with external co-manufacturers.
- Ensure all products are safe, effective, stable, and compliant with GMP and FDA/DSHEA regulations.
- Partner closely with the Director of Operations on quality processes and supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Required: Degree in Food Science or related field; experience formulating supplements with co-manufacturers; working knowledge of supplement regulations.
- Preferred: Background in menopause or women's health supplements; familiarity with third-party certifications.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Remote-first with periodic travel to co-manufacturer facilities.
