Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the long-term product vision, ensuring innovation efforts translate into commercial success.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across product development, research and development, scientific affairs, and quality.
- Build and optimize scalable systems and processes that accelerate product development and improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product, R&D, or innovation functions.
- Minimum of 5 years leading large product or R&D organizations within supplements, functional foods, or CPG.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer products from concept through commercialization.
