Chief Product Officer

About the role:

• Lead a best-in-class product team, ensuring each function delivers high-quality work and outcomes.
• Drive innovation strategy through the right product roadmap, identifying emerging categories and consumer opportunities.
• Create industry-leading, science-backed formulations by ensuring everything is efficacious, compliant, and defensible.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 15+ years of progressive product experience, with at least 5 years leading product or R&D in supplements, functional food, or CPG.
• Has a proven track record of launching and scaling successful consumer products from concept to commercialization.
• Has deep fluency in formulation science, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory affairs in the supplement or food space.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $350,000 plus incentive compensation.
