About the Role:
- Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, you will help support and scale Discord's communications efforts.
- You will help with media inquiries, communications workflows, launches, and cross-functional planning.
- A major focus is to freshen up, organize, and operationalize communications efforts.
What You'll Do:
- Help organize team structure and workflows, improving processes across Communications.
- Triage incoming press requests and manage timelines and stakeholder reviews.
- Maintain talking points documents and manage external agency support.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years experience in communications (in-house or agency).
- Strong organizational and operational instincts.
- A collaborative team player who navigates ambiguity and fast-moving situations.
