Accountabilities:

  • Manage outsourced payroll providers across multiple geographies such as the US, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of payroll-related journal entries and own reconciliation of payroll-related accounts.
  • Monitor compliance with local payroll tax regulations and labor laws with external payroll assistance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 7 years of experience in corporate accounting and payroll accounting.
  • Preferred 2 years of Big 4 public accounting experience and software/SaaS industry knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, month-end close processes, and experience in an international multi-entity environment.
