Foreman

The Foreman is responsible for supervising and executing on-site service tasks for mostly Categories 4 (mechanical retrofit projects) and 5 (MRO services) service works, including the assembly, installation, maintenance, adjustment, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. This role ensures that work is performed in accordance with contractual, QHSE, and technical requirements while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and clients. Additionally, the position involves coordinating resources, managing tools and equipment, and upholding site safety and efficiency. Qualifications include vocational qualifications or a technician certificate, 2+ years in mechanical assembly, ability to read industrial plans, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel.
