Job Description
Quality Engineering:
- Monitor and test the quality of products like Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Business Intelligence Application (OBIA). Validate ETL processes to ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data. Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems.
Technical Skills:
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data validation, query verification, and test data preparation. Experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Jobs execution and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to Test complex dashboard functionality.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies for OBIEE/ODI/OBIA implementations and create detailed test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing scenarios.
Data Warehouse:
- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts including star schema, slowly changing dimensions, and fact tables and Validate data flow from EBS transactional systems to OBIA analytical reports.
- Good Understanding on OBIA Fact and Dimension Groups to test the ODI Load Plans with new Dimension/Fact Groups and verify integration with existing load plans.
- Knowledge of EBS tables, data models, and business processes for Financial and Procurement flows and Test financial period close processes and reconciliation report.
