Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define testing program needs with the Laboratory, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Manufacturing, etc.
- Support contract execution for customer testing programs and internal Marketing projects with Business Development and Marketing.
- Create, execute, and track program details, identifying potential roadblocks early on.
Customer Relationship:
- Manage and maintain business relationship with customer through reoccurring meetings, phone and email interactions.
- Develop a strong customer relationship, maintain a high level of customer service.
- Direct point of contact post launch to ensure all aspects of the testing program are aligned.
Inventory Management:
- Support inventory management, including but not limited to, evaluating min/max levels.
- Review and implement design changes.
- Report monthly usage and costs.
