Manager, Global Payroll & Compliance

Payroll & Controls:

• Ensure accuracy across payroll systems and global providers like Rippling and Remote.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and documentation for audits.

Tax, Compliance & Filings:

• Oversee payroll tax filings and compliance for federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Manage sales tax compliance, corporate filings, and entity registrations.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Benefits & Global Coordination:

• Support the transition from PEO to a self-insured benefits model and partner on financial modeling.
• Coordinate global payroll and compliance through providers to align with local regulations.
• Ensure accurate payroll deductions and financial reporting for benefits.
