Recovery Analyst

The Recovery Analyst is primarily responsible for managing all file requirements from beginning to end for subrogation cases, No Surprises Act (NSA) disputes, and overpayment recoveries with the assigned third-party vendor. Responsibilities include preparing documentation, reviewing claim history, investigating claim situations, and following up with departments to ensure compliance. The analyst monitors inventory, identifies areas for improvement, and represents Centivo in meetings. Notifies vendors and clients of subrogation and recovery interest. Qualifications include excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of insurance principles and subrogation concepts is required. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred, and at least one year of experience in health plan operations, claims processing, or related experience.
