About the Job:
- Lead multiple engineering teams through a layer of Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers, holding them accountable for delivery and quality.
- Drive the architecture of highly scalable, high-traffic, high-availability front-end experiences.
- Communicate proactively to a wide range of audiences, translating technical complexity into business context.
Skills & Experience:
- 11+ years of software engineering and system architecture experience.
- 5+ years in engineering leadership, including 3+ years managing organizations of 20+ people.
- Deep familiarity with modern front-end development and hands-on experience with React, Redux, or Webpack.
