Job Description
The Growth Marketing Manager will lead user acquisition and engagement for Crypto.com's consumer app. You’ll help define the value proposition, shape customer segmentation, and drive growth through strategic, data-driven marketing. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of app monetization, user behavior, and competitive positioning especially in productivity or interactive entertainment apps. You’ll own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across major channels, with a focus on performance, creativity, and scalability.
Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Search & Display, Meta, YouTube, programmatic platforms, and emerging channels; manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition within defined CPA targets. Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards, producing detailed reports on KPIs and sharing actionable insights with cross-functional teams.
