Job Description
The Patient Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for patients by facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers. This position focuses on identifying areas for improvement in patient satisfaction and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities include:
β’ Taking care of and monitoring requests
β’ Communicating as needed with patients to obtain feedback and information
β’ Making outbound and inbound phone calls to obtain information about the Patientβs experience with the company.
β’ Completing investigations into the patientβs inactivation and route them appropriately for readmission approval.
β’ Assisting in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case and inputting scheduling information on the computer.
β’ Checking common working files for resolutions.
β’ Maintaining strictest confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
β’ Collaborating and communicating with coworkers from various departments.
β’ Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary remotely.
