Job Description
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and lead initiatives focused on building AI-powered tools for internal teams. This role will work closely with groups such as Customer Support and Sales to streamline and automate key business processes through custom AI solutions. Responsibilities include partnering with the Technical Owner, participating in the product development lifecycle, shaping the product vision, managing the backlog, and leading Scrum ceremonies. The Product Owner will drive sprint and release plans, communicate changes to stakeholders, and mitigate impediments. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience, expertise in Agile/Scrum, strong technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Agile tools.
