Solutions Developer

Your Role:

• As a Solution Designer, you take end-to-end responsibility for designing innovative automation concepts for Rohlik and VELOQ customers.
• You translate complex intralogistics requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions considering performance, safety, and cost goals.

Your Tasks:

• Analyze warehouse and customer requirements (e.g., space, throughput, SKU complexity, fulfillment models).
• Lead solution designs for automation systems (e.g., AutoStore, conveyor technology, robotics) using simulation and CAD tools.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and technology providers to evaluate options and develop scalable concepts.

What You Bring:

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, business administration, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse automation or logistics system design, preferably in B2C or system integrator environment.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and experience with simulation tools, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management.
