Enterprise Workflow Architect

Role Overview:

• Own customer workflow discovery and pre-sales solution design.
• Map current-state and future-state processes across physical operations.
• Configure workflows, rules, forms, logic, and automations inside the PackageX platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Join customer conversations and travel to sites for operational walkthroughs.
• Serve as technical point of contact during solution design, implementation, and go-live.
• Test workflows, troubleshoot issues, and document configuration logic.
