Debug and resolve issues autonomously, escalating only when truly blocked. Communicate progress and blockers early and often—through tickets, stand-ups, and async updates—to give the team and stakeholders total visibility. Review peers’ pull requests, uphold our coding standards, and share knowledge to elevate overall code quality.
