Role Overview:

  • Serve as the bridge between technology and customers, reporting directly to the CTO.
  • Own the onboarding and implementation experience from pre-sales through successful launch.
  • Build systems, processes, and documentation to scale customer implementations.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Sales on technical discovery, assess integration requirements, and create implementation plans.
  • Manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects and coordinate across customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Guide new users through setup, provide training, and troubleshoot technical issues.
