What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert on Loop’s platform, ecosystem, and integrations.
- Provide technical support to our Sales, Post Sales, and Partner teams through Slack, in-person and virtual meetings.
- Vet and close deals from a technical requirements perspective, collaborating with Sales, development partners, and agencies operating in EMEA and APAC markets.
Your Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales solutions engineering, technical sales, or technical consulting, ideally with exposure to merchants or customers headquartered in the UK, EU, or APAC.
- Hands-on experience with logistics, 3PL, and warehouse systems and protocols.
- Strong integrations background across diverse commerce architectures.
