CMS Ownership & Troubleshooting:
- Act as a subject-matter expert in WordPress and related CMS tooling.
- Proactively troubleshoot CMS, templates, and publishing issues.
- Identify recurring issues and raise structured tech requests or process improvements.
Quality Control & Delivery:
- Act as the final line of defense before publication.
- Ensure publishing accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
- Step in to format and publish a range of article types when required.
