- Provide functional and technical support to end users working within the Epicor ERP program, managing projects and deliverables.
- Coordinate delivery of Epicor ERP implementation across regions to all Trexon business units, interacting with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and go-live support.
