Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; ERP certifications preferred.
- Experience: Five years of full-range experience with Epicor 10+ (preferred), Infor, Net Suite, or SAP; three years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge: Advanced understanding of transaction flows within a fully integrated ERP system; working knowledge of E10 Operation modules in CRM-to-Shipment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Coordinate the delivery of Epicor ERP implementation across regions to all Trexon business units.
- Interact with cross-functional teams to define requirements, map processes, and design solutions.
Skills and Attributes:
- Must have excellent problem identification/resolution skills and advanced communication skills.
- Proficiency in collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting solutions for ERP applications.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
