Key responsibilities:
- Lead experimentation with metric development to understand user behavior and guide product direction.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to identify opportunities and drive roadmap decisions.
- Shape Grow Therapy’s AI strategy by designing evaluation frameworks and running model-level experiments.
Required skills:
- Proficient in SQL and Python, with experience in designing A/B tests.
- Proven experience owning and driving product or growth decisions through user understanding.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
