Data Integration Analyst, AI & Risk Adjustment

About the Role:

• Serve as the technical point of contact for receiving customer data, ingesting source data as-is into SQL Server, and building scalable ingestion routines.
• Monitor pipelines for errors and remediate issues before they affect downstream work.

Data & Algorithms:

• Build and maintain data foundations for retrospective risk adjustment coding, and develop condition-suspecting algorithms.
• Design semantic data structures that make healthcare data more accessible to AI tools, and migrate a library of analytics tables into production.

Collaboration & Quality:

• Document data models and transformation logic to build institutional knowledge.
• Partner with data management, analytics, and platform teams to ensure smooth handoffs and dependable production systems.

• You have rigorous analytical skills, hands-on coding experience with databases, and the ability to design creative solutions for messy data.
• You are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership end-to-end, and has strong communication skills.
