VP, AI Strategy & Delivery

About the Role:

• Pacvue is seeking a VP, AI Strategy & Delivery to lead AI strategy and execution across AI Labs, Pacvue Agent, and Machine Learning.
• This role spans the entire AI remit, requiring outstanding technical skills, strong customer engagement, and talent building.
• Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this leader will help scale the global AI and Data Science organization as we evolve into an AI-first commerce media platform.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Pacvue’s AI vision with customers, serving as a senior voice for AI, machine learning, and agentic workflows.
• Lead and scale the AI/Data Science organization, partnering with existing leaders to sharpen strategy and increase customer impact.
• Accelerate Pacvue Agent and agentic AI, ensuring AI capabilities are adopted, trusted, and connected to measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in AI, ML, Data Science, product leadership, enterprise software, or ad tech at a global level.
• Track record of turning advanced technical capabilities into scalable customer-facing products.
• Strong customer-facing executive presence and ability to explain AI clearly to senior stakeholders.
