Job Description
Monitor swimming areas constantly to prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergency situations. Enforce all safety rules and regulations to prevent injuries and minimize risks. Perform water rescues and provide emergency care when necessary, including CPR and First Aid. Maintain a clean and safe pool area, including checking and maintaining appropriate water chemistry. Conduct regular equipment checks and report any malfunctions or safety hazards. Assist in the implementation of aquatic programs and activities. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from patrons. Participate in regular training sessions to maintain and improve lifeguarding skills. Complete accurate reports and documentation of incidents or accidents.
