Job Description
At Deputy, we’re on a mission to improve the lives of shift workers and the businesses that employ them, and as the Senior Director of Brand & Creative, you’ll help bring that mission to life. In this role, you’ll lead Deputy's brand strategy, creative expression, and digital presence across every touchpoint—from campaigns and content to social, web, and design systems. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure the brand not only stands out but also stands for something: fairness, efficiency, and opportunity for the world’s shift workers. You'll also partner with People & Culture to grow the employer brand in line with values and help unite internal and external voice. Define and evolve Deputy’s global brand positioning, architecture, and visual identity to support business growth and category leadership. Ensure consistent application of Deputy’s brand across all customer, employee, and partner touchpoints—including campaigns, web, and internal comms.
