Data Scientist

AG1 is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Data Science & Analytics team. In this role, you will work on designing and analyzing A/B tests, building machine learning models, and developing dashboards to drive actionable insights across Finance, Product, and Customer Experience. You’ll develop predictive models (e.g., customer segmentation, churn, LTV forecasting, recommendation systems). The ideal candidate will be deeply curious about consumer behavior, highly skilled in data wrangling and statistical modeling, and passionate about driving measurable impact in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. They should have a solid foundation in experimentation and machine learning, with experience in building reusable components and communicating technical findings into clear business insights.
