About the Role:
- Serves as a senior individual contributor and pricing subject-matter expert across the THTBC portfolio.
- Owns end-to-end pricing strategy, compliance, and audit-readiness on the largest and most complex federal proposals.
- Advises capture, contracts, and operations leadership on cost positioning.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the development of cost and price volumes for the highest-complexity federal proposals.
- Own pricing strategy from capture-stage gate review through BAFO and post-submission negotiation.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Pricing Analysts and Pricing Managers.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in federal government contracting.
- Hands-on experience with pricing compliance and cost modeling on federal contracts.
