Job Description
This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations and provides technical support across multiple teams and workflows. You will play a key role in maintaining system efficiency, optimizing automation, and supporting smooth customer onboarding and delivery tracking. Key responsibilities include managing, prioritizing, and tracking tasks along with providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting reported issues.
In this role you will be monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing automation workflows and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely task completion. You will also oversee building, maintaining, and updating reports and dashboards to track performance and progress. Maintaining internal documentation and process updates for continuous improvement is also an important part of this role.
