Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage structured post-discharge communication cadence at regular intervals and respond to alumni texts within one business day.
  • Build authentic relationships with alumni and initiate proactive personal outreach, particularly for non-responsive or vulnerable individuals.
  • Identify alumni expressing increased stress or relapse risk to normalize and introduce step-back care options when appropriate.

Specific Skills:

  • Possess strong relational and consultative communication skills, comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate high organization and follow-through with multiple concurrent communication threads, balancing warmth with professional boundaries.
  • Ability to recognize risk indicators, escalate appropriately, and maintain confidentiality during emotionally sensitive conversations.

Qualifications and Environment:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience, preferably in mental health, admissions, or client relationship management.
  • Must be able to work remotely with reliable WiFi, communicate effectively in English, and operate in occasionally busy or fast-paced environments.
  • Must demonstrate respect for diverse backgrounds and maintain a positive, professional attitude when addressing issues with clients, staff, and alumni.
