Engineering Manager - Platform

This role involves leadership and ownership within the platform team:

• Lead and grow the platform team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Own the platform strategy and roadmap, managing team capacity and ensuring strong execution.
• Provide technical direction for the AWS- and Kubernetes-based platform, guiding architectural decisions.

The role also includes driving improvements and maintaining platform quality:

• Drive improvements to CI/CD and developer experience, removing friction for product teams.
• Champion observability and reliability, ensuring robust logging and incident response practices.
• Maintain platform quality by steering tech-debt reduction and aligning with security expectations.

The responsibilities involve collaboration and problem-solving:

• Partner with product, engineering, security, and operations experts to align standards.
• Resolve cross-team issues and support smooth service integration.
• Ensure secure, resilient, and well-managed AWS environments.
