Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced SQL queries, scripts, and transformation logic for data extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
- Analyze and interpret healthcare data from multiple systems, developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to evaluate data flows, source-to-target mappings, and data models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong SQL Server experience with large datasets, query performance tuning, and healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, or VistA.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with experience in Agile environments and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Additional Information:
- U.S. citizenship is required, with ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
- Previous VA or federal healthcare data system experience is a plus.
